Expressing Career Aspirations to HR

Thanks for asking about my career path. Honestly, I’ve been thinking a lot about where I see myself in the future with our company. My main aspiration is to take on more significant projects. I believe that engaging in larger initiatives will not only challenge me but also allow me to contribute more substantially to our company's success. I’m eager to expand my skill set and take on leadership roles within these projects. I think this experience would be incredibly beneficial for my professional growth and for achieving our collective goals.
